Sarnia,ON Due to overwhelming response and ticket demand for The Tea Party’s Caesars Windsor, February 3, 2023 concert, LIUNA! YUNITY is pleased to announce the iconic Canadian band will perform at Sarnia’s Imperial Theatre with The International Symphony Orchestra, Saturday, February 4, 2023.

“Our appearance at Caesars ‘Colosseum’ and the Imperial mark the first time in 20 years the band have performed with an orchestra in North America,” emphasized The Tea Party’s Jeff Burrows. “To perform with an internationally renowned orchestra in such an intimate setting will be a memorable evening you won’t want to miss,” Burrows added. The special concert will benefit Sarnia Lambton Charities and Frontline Workers.

Since releasing their major-label debut album Splendor Solis in 1993, The Tea Party, composed of Jeff Martin (singer/guitarist/multi-instrumentalist), Jeff Burrows (drummer/percussionist), and Stuart Chatwood (bassist and multi-instrumentalist), have come to be regarded as one of the world’s most innovative rock bands, with a sound that incorporates everything from traditional instrumentation from around the world, to cutting-edge digital technology.

Over the past three decades, the trio has gained the attention of fans on a worldwide level, with record sales of 3 million units, over 50 million career streams to date, receiving 14 JUNO Award nominations and 22 MuchMusic Award nominations, and touring around the globe. Now, celebrating 30 years as a band, The Tea Party is ready to open a new chapter in its saga, a story that remains rooted in the goal to create new, ambitious, and thought-provoking music. The International Symphony is a 40-piece orchestra made up of professional musicians from across Ontario and Michigan. It is the longest running cross-border symphony orchestras in North America!
